Implant
Dentistry

From a single missing tooth to full-arch restoration, planned with 3D diagnostics and restorative precision.

REPLACE THE ROOT, NOT JUST THE CROWN

A foundation designed for restoration.

Dental implants are placed within the jawbone to create an anchor for a crown, bridge or full-arch restoration. Ashraf Dentistry provides single and multiple tooth replacement, implant-retained removable prostheses and fixed full-arch solutions.

Every implant case is planned with 3D CBCT imaging before surgery, giving the team a three-dimensional view of bone anatomy and important surrounding structures.

IMPLANT SOLUTIONS

One missing tooth or an entire arch.

SINGLE

One Tooth

A single implant can support an individual restoration without requiring a conventional bridge across neighbouring teeth.

MULTIPLE

Several Teeth

Implants can be planned to support a bridge or other multi-unit restoration when several teeth are absent.

FULL ARCH

All-on-X

Four to six strategically placed implants may support a fixed full-arch bridge in selected cases.

THE SURGICAL FOUNDATION

Bone and soft tissue matter.

Implant placement depends on the volume and quality of the supporting bone as well as the surrounding gum tissue. Some sites are ready for implant placement, while others require additional surgical preparation.

Ashraf Dentistry’s implant program includes bone grafting, sinus-lift procedures and gum grafting when these are needed to create or preserve a suitable foundation.

Related surgical procedures

Bone grafting and socket preservation

Sinus lift procedures in selected upper-jaw sites

Connective-tissue and gum grafting

Guided bone and tissue regeneration

PRP + IMPLANT HEALING

Using the patient’s own platelets as part of recovery.

Ashraf Dentistry integrates Platelet-Rich Plasma into implant and grafting procedures. A small blood sample is processed on site to concentrate platelets, which can then be used at the surgical area as part of the healing protocol.

PRP is an adjunct to surgical care rather than a replacement for sound surgical planning, appropriate grafting and post-operative follow-up.

COMFORT + PLANNING

A modern implant workflow.

DIAGNOSE

3D CBCT

Three-dimensional imaging is used for implant planning before surgery.

GUIDE

Digital Planning

Scans and virtual planning can be used to design surgical guides and coordinate the restorative position.

COMFORT

Sedation Options

Nitrous oxide and IV sedation may be considered according to patient needs and procedure complexity.
