ADVANCED DENTISTRY / WATERLOO + YORKVILLE
Digital planning, implant surgery, regeneration and complex restorative care brought together within one coordinated treatment plan.
WHEN DENTISTRY BECOMES MORE COMPLEX
Advanced dentistry often involves more than one procedure. Missing teeth, bone loss, failing restorations, bite concerns or extensive wear may require surgical and restorative stages that are designed as one coordinated plan.
Ashraf Dentistry brings together implant dentistry, bone and soft-tissue grafting, full-arch treatment, restorative rehabilitation, sedation, digital imaging and restorative technology across our Waterloo and Yorkville practices.

IMPLANT SOLUTIONS
SINGLE + MULTIPLE
Dental implants can support individual crowns, implant-supported bridges or other restorative designs depending on the clinical need.
FULL ARCH
A strategically planned group of implants can support a fixed full-arch restoration in selected patients.
COMPREHENSIVE
Restorative, implant, orthodontic and periodontal procedures can be sequenced into a broader rehabilitation plan.
BUILDING THE FOUNDATION
BONE
Socket preservation and ridge augmentation can help preserve or rebuild bone volume when future treatment depends on the underlying foundation.
UPPER JAW
Selected posterior upper-jaw implant sites may require additional bone height beneath the maxillary sinus.
REGENERATION
Barrier membranes and graft materials may be used to protect the healing space in selected bone or periodontal defects.
SOFT TISSUE
Soft-tissue grafting may address recession, tissue thickness and contour around natural teeth or implant restorations.
CONNECTIVE TISSUE
A connective-tissue graft is one technique used to add root coverage or additional tissue thickness where clinically appropriate.
DIGITAL PLANNING
Ashraf Dentistry uses 3D CBCT imaging in implant planning before surgery. Digital scanning can also contribute to restorative design and the production of surgical drill guides.
This allows bone anatomy, planned implant position and the intended final restoration to be considered together before treatment begins.
CONNECTED DIGITAL WORKFLOW
Explore the diagnostic and digital systems used throughout implant and restorative planning.
COMFORT + HEALING
Nitrous oxide and deeper IV sedation may be considered for selected patients depending on treatment complexity, anxiety, medical history and clinical assessment.
Platelet-Rich Plasma may also be incorporated into selected implant and grafting procedures as a biologic adjunct within the surgical healing plan.
SUPPORTING CARE
