Ashraf Dentistry

FULL-ARCH IMPLANT DENTISTRY / YORKVILLE + WATERLOO

All-on-X

A fixed full-arch solution for patients replacing many or all teeth in one jaw.

FULL-ARCH RESTORATION

A new foundation for an entire smile.

All-on-X uses a strategically planned group of dental implants to support a fixed full-arch bridge. Ashraf Dentistry’s implant program describes four to six implants as the foundation for a complete arch, avoiding the need to replace every missing tooth with a separate implant.

Treatment is planned with 3D CBCT imaging and digital diagnostics so implant position, available bone, restorative space and the final tooth arrangement can be considered together.

A new foundation for an entire smile.

WHY FULL-ARCH IMPLANTS?

One treatment plan. An entire arch.

01 / FIXED

Designed to stay in place

The prosthetic teeth are supported by implants rather than functioning as a conventional removable denture.

02 / STRATEGIC

Fewer implant positions

Implants are distributed across the arch to support a full bridge, with exact number and position determined from the individual plan.

03 / DIGITAL

Planned in three dimensions

CBCT imaging and digital planning help the team evaluate bone anatomy and restorative requirements before surgery.

THE TREATMENT JOURNEY

From diagnosis to a definitive smile.

Your consultation evaluates remaining teeth, gum health, bone volume, bite, medical history and the aesthetic goals for the new arch.

Some patients may be candidates for a temporary fixed bridge around the time of surgery, while others require a staged approach. Timing depends on stability, anatomy and the individual surgical plan.

What may be part of the plan

Removal of non-restorable teeth when required

Implant placement

Bone grafting or sinus augmentation when indicated

A temporary restoration during healing

A definitive full-arch prosthesis after the implant foundation is ready

BIOLOGIC SUPPORT

Healing is part of the plan.

Ashraf Dentistry incorporates Platelet-Rich Plasma into implant and grafting procedures. PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood and supplies a concentrated platelet-rich component that may be used at the surgical site as part of the healing protocol.

Your surgical plan may also include bone or soft-tissue grafting when existing anatomy needs additional support.

RELATED PROCEDURES

Build the foundation when needed.

BONE

Bone Grafting

Used when a site requires additional bone volume before or during implant treatment.

UPPER JAW

Sinus Lift

A bone-augmentation procedure used in selected posterior upper-jaw implant sites.

COMFORT

Sedation Dentistry

Nitrous oxide and deeper IV sedation options may be considered according to the procedure and patient needs.
