A LIFELONG CONNECTION TO DENTISTRY
Growing up around the profession shaped how he sees care.
Dentistry has been part of Dr. Fahad Ashraf’s life for as long as he can remember. Growing up in a family of dentists gave him an early view of the profession, but more importantly, it showed him how long-term care can build trust with patients and families.
That familiarity developed into his own passion for healthcare and eventually into a career in dentistry. Today he brings a modern, patient-focused perspective while helping carry forward a family practice with roots dating to 1992.
Dr. Fahad Ashraf completed his undergraduate education at the University of Toronto, graduating with High Distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then moved to Ireland to study dentistry at University College Cork, where Dr. Fahad Ashraf completed his dental education before returning to Ontario to begin his career.

Dr. Fahad Ashraf values the foundation established by his father, Dr. Khurrum Ashraf, while recognizing that dentistry continues to evolve.
His goal is to carry forward the same emphasis on comprehensive care, continual education and strong patient relationships while embracing new technology, techniques and evidence that can improve the patient experience.
Helping lead the family practice is not simply about continuing a name. It is about earning the trust that comes with it and contributing to what Ashraf Dentistry becomes next.

Graduation is the beginning
Dr. Fahad Ashraf entered dentistry with the belief that clinical education continues throughout a dentist’s career. His aim is to build broad knowledge across modern dentistry rather than defining his career around a single procedure.

Techniques change. Technology evolves. New evidence emerges. No matter how long someone has been practising, there is always more to learn.
That mindset is central to the clinician Dr. Fahad Ashraf intends to remain: curious, thoughtful and unwilling to become complacent about the quality of care he provides.
GIVING BACK
Community service is part of the profession.
Dr. Fahad Ashraf provides dental care to patients from Sunbeam Community & Developmental Services, including individuals with developmental disabilities and complex care needs.
Working with patients who may face greater barriers to dental treatment has reinforced the importance of patience, adaptability, dignity and respect in clinical care.
