At Ashraf Dentistry, wellness is part of the experience. Our private Wellness Suite is available exclusively to our patients at our Yorkville location in Toronto.
It was designed as a quiet place to slow down before or after your appointment, bringing together red and near-infrared light therapy, fresh hot towels, curated music, aromatherapy, LED lighting and fresh wellness booster juices.
The result is a dental visit that feels more considered, more comfortable and more restorative from the moment you arrive.

RED LIGHT THERAPY
A moment under red and near-infrared light.
At the centre of the Wellness Suite is a high-output, multi-wavelength red and near-infrared light experience designed around photobiomodulation.
The system combines multiple red and near-infrared wavelengths, allowing light across different parts of the spectrum to be delivered during a session. Research into photobiomodulation has examined its interaction with mitochondrial activity, cellular energy pathways, tissue response and recovery.
Unlike ultraviolet light, red light therapy does not rely on UV radiation and is not intended to tan the skin.
Photobiomodulation remains an evolving area of research. Individual responses vary, and the Wellness Suite experience is intended to complement your visit rather than replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
